DiG for Customer based Innovation

Creating a culture of customer based innovation takes time and a lot of collaboration between teams of different disciplines. Every person in the company should feel concerned by this because each person in the organisation has an impact on how clients are served and how products/services are designed. DiG was used at a BNP Wealth Management yearly onboarding seminar with around 70 managers coming from all over the world. During one afternoon participants were taken out of their comfort zone to discover new clients, markets, make decisions and innovate together.
