The overall learning mission of the DiG leadership game is sustained value creation, through designing, harnessing, executing, and fine-tuning consistent quality growth of a business.

Within this broad overall objective, DiG can focus on more specific objectives with regard to modern marketing, innovation, customer focus, entrepreneurship, growth or value creation, collaboration, leadership and team performance. Before running the simulation the objective of the leadership game is clearly discussed with the client in order to adapt the introduction to the game as well as the learnings for the participants. Depending on the objective a detailed action plan can be fixed with the teams after running the game.
